How to Buy?
Shopping at Alma de Ternura is very simple! Follow the steps below and receive your baby's items at home, with all the safety and care. 🤍
Step 1 — Explore the Store
Browse our collections and find the pieces you like the most. You can filter by category, size, or color. Click on each product to see more details, photos, and the size guide.
Step 2 — Choose the Size and Add to Cart
Select the desired size (check our Size Guide if you have questions) and click on "Add to Cart". You can continue shopping and add more items before checking out.
Step 3 — Review the Cart
Click on the cart icon to view all selected items. You can change quantities or remove items before proceeding. When you are ready, click on "Complete Purchase".
Step 4 — Fill in Your Details
Enter your name, delivery address, and contact information. You do not need to create an account — you can shop as a guest! However, by creating an account you can track the status of your orders, view your purchase history, and manage your information more conveniently.
Step 5 — Choose the Payment Method
We accept various secure payment methods: credit/debit card, MB Way, Multibanco, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely and encrypted.
Step 6 — Order Confirmation
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. Keep this email — it has the order number you may need in case of questions.
Step 7 — Receive Your Order
Your order will be prepared and shipped with utmost care. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it is dispatched. Deliveries are made in 2 to 5 business days for mainland Portugal.
