  • Delivery times: The times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
  • Availability: The availability of products is updated regularly, but stock shortages may occur after the order is placed. In this case, the customer will be contacted and may choose to wait, exchange for an equivalent product, or receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one indicated at the time of order completion.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Right of Free Withdrawal

According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without the need to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, with all tags and packaging intact;
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or our error;
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at almadeternura@gmail.com within 14 days after receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product;
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase;
  • Returns of personalized, perishable products, or those that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after opening are not accepted.
