Deadline for Exchanges and Returns
You have 15 days after receiving the order to request an exchange or return.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
Send an email to almadeternura@gmail.com with:
- Order number or invoice
- Indication of the order (exchange or return)
We will respond quickly with all the instructions.
Conditions for Return
To ensure the quality of our items, the products must:
- Be labeled
- Not have been washed
- Not show signs of use
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or our error. We recommend sending by registered mail for greater security.
Refund or Exchange
After receiving and checking the items, you can choose:
- Refund via bank transfer
- Discount coupon for new purchase
In case of an exchange, the shipping of the new item occurs after payment of the shipping fees.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, contact us immediately. In these cases, we cover all return and reshipping costs.
